Made out of 100% cotton, this relaxed dress has a high collar with cord fasteners, a keyhole front on the chest and puffy sleeves with frills on the end. It is loosely gathered around the waist to give it a bit of shape and the hem hits just above the knee for a flattering look. This is a great casual dress to pair with flats, sandals or sneakers!
